All products shipped for return must be UNOPENED with the original seal in place.|
Customer must pay shipping to return product.
Products must be returned within four (4) months of expiration date on product label.
No products may be returned greater than 60 days past the purchase date. NO exceptions.
FDA regulations prohibit the sale of expired products.
Company will issue a refund in the form that product(s) were purchased payable to the original purchaser within 21 business days of the date of the return to our shipping department.
If product(s) were purchased under any "buy 1 get 1 Free" promotion, the Free bottle MUST ACCOMPANY the return in order to receive the refund. NO EXCEPTIONS; eg If purchaser buys 2 bottles of Carnivora Extract under the "buy 1 get 1 Free"promotion therefore receiving 4 total bottles of Extract, and returns 3 bottles, the purchaser will receive a refund for 1 bottle of Carnivora Extract.
The same refund procedure applies to the promotion for Carnivora Capsules; If purchaser buys 5 bottles, receiving 2 Free and returns 6, the refund will be for 4 bottles as a result of the 1 bottle remaining in the possession of the buyer.
In other words, refunds WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR FREE PRODUCT(S).
Although Carnivora products are sold internationally, there are instances where some or all of our products are refused entry into certain countries for various reasons out of our control. Please check with your local Customs Department to ensure that the product you are purchasing is able to be imported into your country. Carnivora Research International assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for charges levied upon the purchaser from any goverment or government entity outside of the United States.|
In addition, your local customs department may charge you a duty on your purchase. This is a localized duty that varies with each country.
As a result, Carnivora Research International will not be responsible for refunding any products ordered due to customs blockage or duties levied. If the product is allowed to be returned to our shipping department unhindered in any manner, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to incur the cost(s) associated with the return of the package to our shipping department. Any opened bottles will not be accepted as part of a refund issued to the original purchaser.
The Company WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS on purchases that involve Free product promotions, eg "Buy 5 Get 2 Free," "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" or any other promotion issued by the Company. NO EXCEPTIONS.
